Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated, items listed in the shop are ready to ship and will be postmarked within 2-3 business days via USPS depending on the current order volume. Wares are packaged to ensure your pottery arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your pottery is damaged during transit I will replace the item for you as soon as possible or issue a refund. 

Items are shipped with recyclable materials to help reduce environmental impact - please recycle or reuse shipping boxes and packing material.
